The bag dump station collects dust that is generated when bulk solids and powder are dumped from boxes, drums, bags and various other containers. In addition, the system also reduces material waste, eliminating the need for cleaning on a remote dust collection site, protecting workers and being free of any contamination.

Principle of operation

The operator places the sack on a rest platform and cut open the bag. The contents in the bag are tipped into the hopper. The dust during the discharging process can be collected by the dust collecting fan. The vibrating screen mesh can block the oversized and foreign materials while qualified materials can be smoothly discharged to the next process.
